Hello, I'm Prof. Dr. Mohamed Aboulgasem Arteimi, from Libya, born in Zawia City on ( June 16 , 1959 AC  that is 10 Dhul Hijja 1378 Hegri) . Currently I am the Head of Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the Libyan Academy of Graduate Studies- Libya, and I'm the president of the Libyan  Association for Artificial Intelligence, I'm a member of some other organizations as depicted by the available Links.
